The value of cryptocurrency assets can increase or decrease significantly in a short period of time. You may receive back less than you invest. Past price behaviour does not indicate or guarantee future results.

Your capital is at risk

All investments carry risk. You should never invest money you cannot afford to lose. Do not invest capital that you need for essential living expenses or financial commitments.

SmartStackr automates the buying strategy that you configure. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management services. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

You are responsible for your own strategy

You are solely responsible for the strategies you create, including the assets you choose, the amounts you invest, the frequency of purchases, and any dip triggers or scaling rules you configure. SmartStackr executes your instructions as configured.

Orders are executed through third-party exchanges

SmartStackr places orders on your behalf via the API of your connected exchange (e.g. Kraken, Coinbase). SmartStackr does not hold your funds or cryptocurrency at any time. Your assets remain on your exchange account.

Execution cannot be guaranteed

Exchange outages, API failures, network interruptions, insufficient funds, exchange rate movements, and adverse market conditions may prevent or delay order execution. SmartStackr cannot guarantee that orders will execute at a specific price or at a specific time.

Regulatory and tax obligations

Cryptocurrency trading may be subject to regulation and taxation in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations. SmartStackr does not provide legal or tax advice.
